The Hockliffe Herald aims to provide the residents of Hockliffe with information regarding the people, activities and groups operating in the village. The work of preparing and distributing the newspaper is carried out by the committee shown at the foot of this page, all of whom are residents of the village. Funding is provided by the Hockliffe Parish Council. Contributions are invited from all local groups covering activities that have taken place and which are planned for the future. Similarly, advertisements may be placed in the Hockliffe Herald by commercial organisations. All contributions should be addressed to the Editor, but may be given to any member of the organising committee. The Editor reserves the right to reject any matter which he considers unsuitable or offensive. Advertisements may be placed in the Herald at a cost of £12 for a full page or £7 for a half page.
